Functions at the Union

We invite you to enjoy your next function at the Union Club Hotel. Our two storey hotel and veranda is the ideal place to host your cocktail party for up to 250 guests or a sit down dinner for 140 guests.

Take advantage of our private bar and function area and our first class menus for that special occasion. The following menus have been expertly designed by our chef to be served alternately to your guests with the exception of the shared alternative.

The set menu entree component is a grazing starter served on platters for everyone to share. The main course selection has been written for you to choose two delicious meals to be served to your guest on an alternate basis (i.e. 50/50 at each table).

Booking your function

Please consider the following

  • A $100 booking fee is necessary to confirm your function and ensure the booking.
  • If you have confirmed 100 or more guests you will have the entire function room and bar for your private function. Groups of less than 100 guests will be given as much privacy as possible, within the area.
  • We ask that you and your guests enjoy your meals within the function area. All parties are encouraged to enjoy the veranda before and after dinning.
  • We ask that all menu choices are confirmed two weeks prior to your event and we appreciate your finals number of guests one week prior.
  • Invoices will be charged out at confirmation numbers with the exception of illness or unforeseen circumstances. All guests of parties are asked to dine.
  • For the comfort of all patrons the function room is strictly non-smoking however smoking is allowed on the veranda.
